Victor Arca is a senior associate at McArdle Franco PLLC. Victor focuses his practice on litigating complex commercial and real estate matters.
Victor’s extensive international legal experience includes coordinating and representing clients on cross-border litigation disputes pending simultaneously before U.S. courts and courts in Brazil, Colombia, France, India, Malta, Mexico, Peru, Spain and Venezuela. Also, Victor advises national and international clients on cross-border trade and real estate investment and development, with a focus on inbound investments from Latin-American countries.
Victor joined McArdle Franco PLLC in April 2023 after working at several leading Miami-based law firms, as well as at the European Commission and top international law firms based in Spain and India. He has clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Mark, at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the U.S. Southern District of Florida. Victor is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He holds law degrees from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia and Pablo de Olavide University in Seville, Spain. He also earned a master’s degree in public management from the University of Barcelona in Spain.
